What our products are

Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines.  They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

As dietary supplements, they are not evaluated or approved by Singapore's Health Sciences Authority (HSA) or the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) before sale, and they are not registered as medicinal products.

When to speak to a healthcare professional first

Please speak to a healthcare professional before taking any supplement if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, breastfeeding, taking prescription or over-the-counter medication, living with a diagnosed health condition, or preparing for surgery.  Supplements can interact with medication.  Where a product carries a specific caution for pregnancy or breastfeeding, that caution is stated on the product page and on the label - please read it before you buy.

Buying for a child or teenager.  Some of our products give a separate dose for children and some are for adults only.  Follow the dose on the product page and the label, and speak to your child's doctor first if they are taking any medication or being treated for a health condition.

About our quiz

Our quiz asks about your life stage and how you have been feeling so that we can suggest products you might find useful.  It is a shopping tool, not a health assessment.  It cannot know your medical history, it does not produce a diagnosis, and its suggestions should never replace a conversation with someone qualified to give you advice.

Taking our products safely

Please read the label before you take anything, and check the full ingredient list if you have allergies or intolerances.  Take only the stated dose.  Keep supplements out of reach of children.
